Mixed chutney

Mixed chutney - preparation time 15 to 20 mins

Ingredients:-
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Green/Red Chili - 2 (Add to your spice level)
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 4 pods
Curry leaves - 5
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - required amount

Preparation method:-
In a pan fry tomato, onion, chili, ginger and curry leaves till the onion and tomato is cooked.
Cool this grind it with salt and water.
In a tawa add 1 tsp oil, mustard and urad dhal. Once dhal is golden brown add this to chutney.
You can serve this with idli/dosa.
