Lemon & potato aval (Elumichai aval)

Healthy lemon & potato aval - preparation time 10 mins
We can make this tiffin within few minutes if we have aval (puffed rice), lemon, potato in home. Usually we will have it. When you feel hungry it will be a filling and healthy tiffin

Ingredients:-
Aval - 1 cup
Green chili - 1
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Potato - 1/2 (peeled and chopped to small cubes)
Curry leave - 10
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seed - 1/4 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Chann dhal - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - to wash the aval and keep to become slightly soft
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation method:-
Wash the aval and remove the water. Keep for 5 mins it will become soft else slightly sprinkle few drops of water and keep.
In a tawa add oil, mustard seeds to splutter, urad dhal, channa dhal, chopped green chili, curry leaves and potato.
When potato is cooked add salt, turmeric, aval to the tawa.
Switch of the flame mix well after adding lemon juice.
This recipe is simple,easy to make, healthy and filling.
